For the poet and painter Ivan jack and an important moment. His most recent poetry collection, "De-zu ARZENTO D'argento disappeared", published by the Institute of History Julian, Culture and Documentation, has been awarded the "National Award Biagio Marin" 2009 edition, by quasi vent'anni il maggior premio dedicato alla poesia nei dialetti e nelle lingue minoritarie in Italia. La vittoria di Crico è giunta ad ex aequo con il poeta brianzolo Piero Marelli, e la sua silloge “I nocc-Le notti”, edita da Lieto Colle. Per Crico, vissuto da sempre a Pieris e ora trasferitosi a Tapogliano, questo riconoscimento è una ulteriore conferma della sua ricerca artistica, che con l’uso e lo studio del dialetto bisiàc, lo ha già da tempo portato all’attenzione di pubblico e critica nazionali. La cerimonia di consegna del premio si terrà a Grado, domani alle 17.30 nella sala consiliare del Municipio.

Crico, cosa significa vincere questo premio?

Questo premio mi sembra, First, an unexpected ray of light on my work but also, indirectly, on what many of my very valid peers whose work has not been explored with due care in recent decades of our national critics. A vacuum should be filled as soon as possible, even for the public to understand that there is still a living poem, a matter in Italy, full of beauty and hope. What is the need of today to write in dialect?

There are areas where these old clips are almost extinct, others, like us, in which these languages, though modernized, of course, are still very much alive. For those who have learned how Bisiach first and then the Italian - and, more importantly, Bisiach is expressed every day - is a natural choice. In doing so, also help to keep alive in ourselves and in others the image of a world full of faces, sounds, colors, smells different: a world that is opposed to the deserts of nowhere approval.

And his strength? And perhaps open new worlds of feeling and evocation? A look at 'other'?

Compared to the national languages, absorb the local languages, which are formed in places, many special features. Il paesaggio è protagonista degli scritti che compongono ‘Piture’, come mai? Cosa vede in lui?

Il paesaggio rappresenta tutto ciò che sta al di fuori dell'uomo, oltre l'uomo. Simboleggia ciò che non possiamo sapere, il mistero immense that surrounds us. Saturday 11.10.2009 October 17 will receive the awards to the winners of the "National Award Biagio Marin" 2009 edition, nearly twenty years the biggest prize for poetry in the dialects and minority languages \u200b\u200bin Italy, created to commemorate the work and figure of the great poet Grado.
A witness recognized the seriousness of the prize, the jury may award, in fact, in addition to the books presented in any other dialect or volume essay published in Italy in the last two years. Over time, the jury was composed from the very beginning, the major Italian poets and scholars, by the late Carlo Bo Franco Brevini, Pietro Gibellini Franco Loi, by Edda Serra Giovanni Tesio. Among the winners of scorse edizioni inoltre troviamo alcuni tra i più significativi poeti in dialetto e studiosi del Novecento: basti qui ricordare soltanto i nomi di Paolo Bertolani, Enesto Calzavara, Amedeo Giacomini, Franca Grisoni e, per la sezione dedicata alla saggistica, Dante Isella, Cesare Segre, Alfredo Stussi.
Quattro sono le persone che riceveranno il prestigioso riconoscimento. All’unanimità la giuria ha deliberato di assegnare il premio Marin di 5000 euro ex aequo al poeta bisiaco Ivan Crico, per la raccolta “De arzent zu-D’argento scomparso”, edito dall’Istituto Giuliano di Storia, Cultura e Documentazione e al brianzolo Piero Marelli per la silloge “I nocc-Le notti” edita da Lieto Colle. Ne dà news of the President of the Research Center Biagio Marin, Edda Serra. The Jury Prize for poetry in dialect formed edited by Franco Loi, Giovanni Tesio, Pietro Gibellini, Gianni Oliva, Edda Serra and Flavia Moimas, met in Brescia, and also decided to award two more prizes. The teaching of dialects in school: Some necessary clarifications




I know the danger of sounding unsympathetic, but I have the need, born of a twenty-year attendance of the matter now, to point out some things. Ognuno è libero di esprimersi, è ovvio, ma se si vuol rispondere in modo ragionevole a certi sproloqui bisogna opporre, in primis, all'ignoranza la conoscenza approfondita di ciò di cui si parla. Altrimenti non si fa altro che add confusion to confusion. Un giorno, a pranzo, mi disse: "Ma perché parli di cose che non conosci? Prova a parlare con le insegnanti di friulano che ci sono in regione e fatti raccontare, da loro direttamente, come e se funzionano queste cose". Ho seguito il suo consiglio e devo ammettere che molte delle paure o perplessità che avevo sono, oggi, del tutto scomparse. Il mio insegnante di lettere mi diceva: prima di adoperare una parola, se non la conosci bene, prendi il dizionario e leggi bene, prima, che cosa significa. Impariamo a comportarci sempre così.
Cominciamo quindi a sfatare alcuni luoghi comuni. E partiamo, innanzitutto, dalla realistica constatazione che in Italia, con tutta la più buona volontà, se si riesce a tirar fuori un'ora alla settimana per l'insegnamento dei dialetti siamo già fortunati. Tolte feste e vacanze, in poco più di una trentina di ore distribuite in un anno cosa si può fare? Ben poco. Qualche cenno, velocissimo, di grammatica; l'insegnamento di qualche termine particolare (nomi di piante, animali, di oggetti..); un paio di ricerche sulla storia locale; e then, if all goes well, the creation of states or some little show. Finally, let us remember that Italy, second only to India is the richest country in the world of different languages. Why should instead be a source of pride is experienced by us as a tragedy. Why?

Oggi i maggiori studi scientifici ci dicono, invece, che il bambino che cresce impiegando diversi linguaggi sviluppa in realtà una maggiore capacità di rapportarsi, guardandole istintivamente da più punti di vista, alle varie situazioni che la vita gli pone davanti. Ottimi artisti di fama internazionale, come la nostra giovane cantante Elisa, sono la conferma che si può cantare in un ottimo inglese e, al tempo stesso, essere fieri custodi della propria parlata nativa. Pensando a persone come lei, come a tantissimi altri personaggi del mondo della cultura e dell'imprenditoria (ricordiamo qui il caso davvero eclatante di Missoni, che rilascia spesso interviste impiegando a man bassa il dialetto!), ci si rende immediatamente conto di quanto sia ridicolo dire, come alcuni dicono, che se vogliamo essere cittadini del mondo dobbiamo sbarazzarci di questi nostri antichi linguaggi. Se qualcuno lo vuol fare, lo faccia, ma si presenterà al mondo con qualcosa in meno, non in più.
Per finire, sempre in Friuli abbiamo visto che praticamente tutti gli immigrati, smentendo un altro luogo comune, iscrivono spontaneamente i loro figli ai corsi di friulano, segno che vedono in questa lingua un modo per integrarsi con maggiore facilità in questi territori. La conoscenza della realtà locale, poi, ha anche il merito di dare una fisionomia a questi luoghi che, per gli stranieri ma anche per le nostre nuove generazioni, rischiano being perceived as non-places: spaces without a face, without a voice, without a past nor a future in front behind which to set off.
