Dear and esteemed Mr. mayors and city councils, following the election, just passed, which saw many candidates elected in three European level, provincial and local feel, with this message ... the moral duty to address you as shepherd of this portion of the territory entrusted to the Diocese of Fano -Fossombrone-Cagli-Pergola.

my writing, with the elections over, it is purely and solely motivated by a spirit of service, the same hope, that the first steps of the new application that, for some it is the renewal of the mandate, for many others the first time by the Directors pubblici.Quattro the guidelines that I wish to offer as a moral and cultural framework, valid for my person and the service entrusted to me in your midst, all in favor of the Diocese:
1. None of us ignore the heavy impact of adverse international economic situation, which you can not understand yet exactly the extent, nor is it intended to minimize the efforts made by those in authority. It is clear that the cost of the rough time this fall in the prevailing measure on the most vulnerable population. And that is why I urge you all to have a real attention, especially the resumption of autumn, these bands put to the test. 2. A wide representation of youth, was elected in both the municipal and provincial.
